Bonus opportunities

This page lists all the bonus opportunities in the course that were announced in the lecture.

These are individual assignments

Unless specified otherwise, these are all individual submissions. I.e. you cannot work on these as a group (unless specified otherwise). Doing otherwise will be considered to be an academic violation.

Below is a list of various opportunities (along with the deadline and the total points associated with it):

  1. Decreasing accuracy of linear model on COMPAS dataset. See the notes for details on what you need to do. The best submission (i.e. one with lowest accuracy) gets 5 bonus points. The deadline is Thursday, Feb 24, 5pm. Submit your entry in a PDF with the 8 input column names listed in any reasonable format on Autolab.
